Before: Heavy & Outdated

  • The original red-toned wood, while solid and classic, gave the kitchen a dark and heavy feel. It overwhelmed the space and clashed with the client’s vision for a lighter, fresher interior. The cabinets themselves were in great structural condition — which made them ideal candidates for spray-paint refinishing.

The Process

We began with a full surface preparation, carefully masking off the cabinet interiors and surrounding areas. Using the Festool RTS 400, we sanded all surfaces to ensure a smooth, even base. Once prepped, we applied a high-adhesion primer to lock in the old color and create the perfect foundation for a flawless finish.

Finally, we sprayed the cabinets with a crisp, clean white — chosen specifically to brighten the space and complement the modern fixtures.

After: Bright, Clean & Modern

The transformation speaks for itself. The kitchen now feels open, airy, and modern, with a timeless white finish that reflects light and creates a sense of spaciousness. It’s a completely different atmosphere — calm, inviting, and refreshed.
